Sonia notes the pace of Home and Away and filming five episodes a week is a challenge, “I like working on television drama and not knowing where the character is going, but I also like working on film where you get to know the character over an intense, but often brief period.”

Sonia has produced two short films.

In terms of the future, Sonia sees producing, acting and more: “I’m open to opportunities, and I think your career chooses you.”
